MPO thiab MTP cov khoom sib txuas yog dab tsi?
MPO cable thiab MTP cable muaj rau ntau cov ntawv thov rau txhua qhov kev sib txuas lus thiab cov cuab yeej xav tau zoo li 100 Gig modules. Lawv siv lub high-density multi-fiber connector (MPO txuas thiab MTP txuas) system ua nyob ib puag ncig precision molded MT ferrule. Yog li dab tsi yog MPO thiab MTP txuas?
MT ferrule yog dab tsi?
MT sawv kev Hloov Chaw Hloov Chaw. Lub MT Ferrule yog qhov khoom siv hluav taws xob ntau hauv cov fiber ntau ua kom sib luag yog nyob ntawm qhov eccentricity thiab suab ntawm qhov fiber thiab kab teeb tsa tus pin. Qhov kev sib hloov yog dictated los ntawm cov sib ncag pins thaum lub sij hawm ua ke.
Lub ntsiab tseem ceeb rau kev ua raws li fiber ntau yog:
1. Lub peev xwm los tuav huab siab rau qhov ua tau zoo thaum lub sijhawm molding txoj kev
2. Cov duab, zam thiab cov khoom sib xyaw ua ke ntawm cov ntxig nris
MPO txuas yog dab tsi?
MPO yog qhov kev lag luam los ntawm lo lus rau “Ntau cov roj carbon thawb rau.” MPO cov qauv sib txuas uas feem ntau yog txhais los ntawm ob daim ntawv sib txawv:
1. IEC-61754-7 yog tus qauv sited feem ntau rau MPO cov khoom sib txuas thoob ntiaj teb
2. EIA / TIA-604-5, tseem hu ua FOCIS 5, yog tus qauv zoo tshaj plaws uas muaj nyob hauv Asmeskas
Dab tsi yog MTP txuas?
Lub MTP txuas yog qhov ua haujlwm siab MPO txuas nrog ntau lub cav tsim kev txhim kho kom txhim kho qhov kho qhov muag thiab kho tshuab thaum piv rau cov siv hluav taws xob MPO txuas. Nws yog ua tiav raws li tag nrho MPO cov qauv txuas nrog rau EIA / TIA-604-5 FOCIS 5 thiab IEC-61754-7. Nws yog inter-matable nrog txhua tus qauv MPO-txuas sib txuas uas ua tau raws cov qauv kev lag luam. Cov MPO txuas hluav taws xob tsawg tsawg hauv kev ua haujlwm thiab tsis muaj peev xwm muab cov theem ua tau zoo ntawm Asmeskas Conec MTP txuas.
Puas yog MTP txuas mus rau MPO txuas?
Yog lawm. MTP connector yog qhov ua haujlwm siab dua MPO connector engineered rau kev siv tshuab zoo dua qub thiab kho qhov muag.
Dab tsi ua rau MTP connector zoo dua rau cov generic MPO txuas?
Cov MTP txuas ntxiv muaj cov nta thiab cov txiaj ntsig uas tsis muaj nyob ntawm cov MPO txuas hluav taws xob. Qee qhov tseem ceeb xws li:
1. MTP connector tsev tshem tau. Cov yeeb yam no pub rau cov qhua tuaj yeem:
A. Rov ua haujlwm thiab rov ua haujlwm dua ntawm MT ferrule
B. Hloov cov poj niam txiv neej tom qab sib dhos lossis txawm hauv thaj chaw
C. Txheeb xyuas cov ntawv ferrule interferometrically tom qab sib dhos
2. Lub tshuab txuas MTP muaj cov nplaim taws ntab ntwm kom txhim kho kev ua haujlwm. Qhov no tso cai rau ob mated ferruled kom muaj kev sib cuag lub cev thaum lub sijhawm nyob rau hauv ib qho thov kev thov.
3. Lub MTP txuas siv nruj nreem tuav siab stainless hlau qhia tus pin tswv yim nrog lub ntsej muag elliptical. Lub elliptical zoo li tus pin taw qhia cov lus qhia txhim kho kev taw qhia thiab txo cov lus qhia coj ua lub luag haujlwm.
4. Lub tshuab txuas MTP muaj txoj hlua hlau txuas nrog cov yam ntxwv rau nruab nrab lub caij nplooj ntoo hlav. Qhov no nta:
A. Tshem tawm cov pins ploj
B. Cov chaw nruab nrab lub caij nplooj ntoo hlav
C. Tshem tawm cov kev puas tsuaj fiber ntau los ntawm lub caij nplooj ntoo hlav
5. MTP connector lub caij nplooj ntoo hlav tsim maximizes ribbon clearance rau kaum ob fiber ntau thiab multifiber ribbon daim ntawv thov los tiv thaiv kev puas tsuaj fiber ntau.
6. MTP txuas yog muaj nrog plaub tus qauv sib txawv ntawm txoj hlua khawm ua kom muaj zog kom tau raws li ntau yam kev siv.
A. Hloov, Cov Hluav Taws Xob Kab Xoob Hlau
B. Oval Jacketed Cable
C. Liab Ribbon Fiber
D. Cov khau raj luv uas ua rau txo ko taw ntawm 45%. Lub tswv yim rau siv nyob rau hauv qhov chaw tsawg daim ntawv sau npe.
